Guests at voya

You can book trips for guests through voya Express.

Click on "Add guest " and fill in the required information, such as name and surname. Depending on the booking, different information of the guest will be requested. Please note that there are no check-in options for flights for guests. Accordingly, no travel documents are required.

Alternatively, a guest can be accessed and edited via the traveler search bar. Guest profiles are also not stored.

Click the guest traveler to edit them after they have already been selected.

Note that the billing address and payment method of the booker's group will be used if it is for one or more guests, and no other voya travellers. If this is not the case, the billing address and payment method of the first voya user will be used.

The travel guidelines of the booker are also taken into account for the booking of guests. If the travel guideline states Travelers are allowed to book for: Anyone (incl. non-Voya users) is selected, booking for guests will not affect the approval process. If this is not selected, guest traveler bookings will be outside the guidelines.
