We know from our own experience: Travel expense reporting is usually a necessary but unpleasant evil for everyone involved: the process is administrative, error-prone, time-consuming, cumbersome, hardly comprehensible and, last but not least, takes up space (and nerves).

That's why we're doing it better: Integrated into voya, travel expense reporting is now also possible via the mobile app (iOS and Android). Receipts can be captured, digitally submitted and approved using the in-app camera. We work in the background with Numiga, the leading travel expense specialist.

1. Full integration

The travel expenses module is fully integrated into the voya app. All information already known is automatically transferred to the statement.

2. Simple receipt management
Say goodbye to paper: If a trip is created in voya, all costs incurred can be easily linked to it using a photo of the receipt. Furthermore, all non-travel-related expenses can also be settled via the app.

3. GOBD-ready

Each receipt is automatically read by Numiga and checked for tax correctness. Manual document management is thus a thing of the past. Each receipt is recorded and processed in accordance with GoBD. The voya travel expense accounting process is therefore paperless, digital and legally compliant.

4. Workflow and reporting
After entering all data and documentation, all data is processed and digitally archived by Numiga. A corresponding cost report is then created, which can be sent to accounting by the traveler from the app, for example as a PDF, and processed by the tax consultant. All reports can be accessed as PDF at any time via the voya platform or the Numiga archive, e.g. for an audit.
