AirPlus is a virtual payment method used in business travel management. There are two separate accounts, the Company Account (1220) and the Virtual Account (1440).
In principle, AirPlus shows the VAT for flights and train bookings on the Company Account statements in the name of the service provider. They are regarded by the tax office as a fully valid receipt and formally entitle the holder to deduct input tax. This note is also listed on the last page of the AirPlus statement.
The vouchers are only required for bookings that appear on the AIDA (Virtual Account) invoice without VAT, which mainly concerns hotel bookings. The note of the VAT in the name of the service provider is also not listed on this statement. You will receive these receipts after consultation with your travel agency.
