What is Voya Express and how can I book via Voya Express?

With Voya Express you can directly check availability and prices for your trip. You can use this feature for flight, hotel, train or car rental bookings. With Voya Express you can quickly and directly create and select the perfect option for you.

Booking a hotel via Voya Express:

1. Click on the "Hotel" icon in the Voya app.
2. Here you can enter information about travelers, travel times and travel destinations.
3. Once you have sent your request, you will receive your options for selection as soon as possible.
4. To select an option, first click on your preferred option and then click on "Select". Once the option is booked, we will send you the confirmation and booking reference in the chat.

Booking a flight via Voya Express:

1. Click on the "Flight" icon in the Voya app.
2. Here you can enter details about travelers, travel times, travel destinations, class and bonus programmes..
3. Once you have sent your request, you will receive your option for selection as soon as possible.
4. You select an option by clicking on your preferred option on "Select". Once the option is booked, we will send you the confirmation and booking reference in the chat.

Booking a train via Voya Express:

1. Click on the "Train" icon in the Voya app.
2. Here you can enter details about travelers, travel times, travel destinations, class and bonus programmes.
3. Once you have sent your request, you will receive your option for selection as soon as possible.

Bookinging a rental car via Voya Express

1. Click on the "rental car" icon in the Voya app.
2. Here you can enter the pick-up and drop-off locations, pick-up and drop-off dates, as well as the respective times, vehicle type and required extras.
3. As soon as you have sent your request, you will receive your option for selection as soon as possible.
4. You select an option by clicking on the "Select" button on your preferred option. Once the option is booked, we will send you the confirmation and booking reference via chat.

If there is no company rate and payment agreement, a credit card of the traveller must be provided at the time of rental, which was also used for the booking.
