To what extent are the travel guidelines observed when booking with Voya Express?

The travel policies and approval processes that are stored for you are always taken into account, regardless of whether your request is sent via Voya Express or via the travel assistant. Furthermore, please note that if a company has deposited a company rate, this will only be taken into account in the booking process, which is why the price may be higher. Furthermore, currently negotiated hotel rates are not yet shown in the options, so the price may differ from the selected option.
