If the hotel does not accept cost absorption, we will inform you as soon as possible in the chat that you need a credit card ready for payment and take the invoice for your company with you at the latest when you check out.
If your company has not agreed to cover the costs, you must always pay yourself at the hotel and take the invoice for your company with you.
