How do I select a booking option and how long is it valid?

Once you receive your booking options, you can click on individual options to see more details and information. Then click Select and then Confirm to select the option you want and initiate the booking process. After a successful booking, you will receive a notification in the chat and, depending on the travel guidelines, the booking confirmation by email. It is also possible for the booker, the traveler or a third party to receive the booking confirmation by email (or all three), depending on the travel policy.

If you do not like your options, write in the chat to change or specify your search if necessary.

As Voya is only acting as a travel agent and the options are only real time queries, it can happen in individual cases that options are no longer available or change in price.
