First, make sure you have the latest version of your operating system and of the Voya app installed on your device. Also try logging out and logging back in or turning the device off and on again. Clearing cookies or clearing your browser cache also often helps.
If these steps do not help, contact your travel agency. To better process your request, it helps to provide the following information:
- What happens at which step (What do you see on your screen? / Do you see the loading icon?/ Does the error happen when logging in or when booking?)
- Which version of the app are you using?
- Which device are you using?
- Which operating system do you use on your device?
